About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Clinical Development and Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and growth of the clinical and regulatory practice. The successful candidate will be a seasoned clinical development expert with a strong background in the biopharma industry, particularly in consulting and business development. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The role also involves shaping enterprise-level clinical development strategies, offering guidance on complex challenges, and fostering long-term executive relationships. The VP will be instrumental in commercial leadership, driving revenue growth, and ensuring delivery excellence by building and leading high-performing teams. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in clinical development, clinical operations, biopharma, life sciences consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of at least 10 years in a client-facing, senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and credibility within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, as well as a history of successful business development and revenue generation. Experience in P&L management, financial accountability, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market and client needs into innovative consulting opportunities and is adept at fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
