Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

Meet or exceed established territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing territory-specific strategies Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians Plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives Develop and implement special territory programs, including speakers' bureau programs and symposia Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers Present a professional sales image in all business matters Operate the assigned sales territory in compliance with applicable regulations, Pharma guidelines, and company policies, procedures, and standards Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred Men's Health preferred Proven time-management skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations Positive attitude and growth mindset Resourcefulness and ability to overcome challenges/obstacles when working in a new territory Excellent communication skills Ability/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period of time Local and potential overnight travel is required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales and territory management, with a strong focus on relationship building and effective communication.
