This role is ideal for an analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of retail strategy, category management, shopper insights, and commercial execution. The successful candidate will partner daily with Retail Sales, Brand Marketing, Innovation, and Category Management teams to turn data into actionable business recommendations that drive growth. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams by delivering retailer, category, consumer, and shopper insights. Support strategic decisions related to distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotional execution. Develop compelling, data-driven recommendations for internal stakeholders and retail partners. Lead and support category management initiatives that influence business performance and retailer engagement. Analyze syndicated, shopper, category, and retailer data to identify opportunities and trends. Collaborate closely with retail sales, marketing, brand, and innovation teams on a daily basis. Present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Retail Grocery experience . Background in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, Market Research, or related analytical functions. Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, Circana/IRI, retailer data, loyalty data, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Ability to influence decisions in a highly cross-functional environment. Why Consider This Opportunity?
