Senior Program Integration Engineer

Salary: $126,862 - 137,269 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or technology degree in engineering, a related specialized field, or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant job-related experience).
• We require 8+ years of additional relevant experience, or a masters degree plus 6+ years of related experience.
• We require the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe after hire.
• Applicants must be eligible for a U.S. Government security investigation and access to classified information.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• The candidate must be local to the area and able to work onsite.
• We are looking for advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as EVMS or scheduling applications.
• We value strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• We seek experience with program and product life cycles, financial processes, and coordination with multiple subcontractors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are important, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• We prefer in-depth knowledge of defense or federal contracting, including experience with DCMA audits.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), strategic program integration, and recovery planning is highly valued.
• We also value interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus a professional presence in diverse settings.

• We lead program-level integration for the Strategic Weapons Control (SWC) Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) portfolio, aligning technical, schedule, and resource plans.
• We identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation within defense and federal contracting work.
• We collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Production, and Navy stakeholders to maintain program health and meet contractual milestones.
• We analyze risks, schedules, and performance metrics to develop recovery actions and support mission success.
• We travel as needed to support proposals, programs, and cross-team coordination.
• We analyze the impact of projects across Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to identify the most practical and cost-efficient resource approach.
• We troubleshoot and provide technical support during research and product development.
• We monitor costs, operating budgets, schedules, and manpower requirements.
• We perform systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, use cases, data flow diagrams, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• We carry out research and engineering lab work involving the layout, build, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
