We are currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with immediate clients available and full-time hours ready to start . Our team focuses on consistent schedules, strong BCBA support, and a positive work culture so our therapists can focus on providing meaningful, high-quality services. We work to maintain stable schedules and consistent caseloads for our therapists whenever possible. At ABBAVA, you will work closely with experienced BCBAs and a collaborative team dedicated to helping both our clients and our staff succeed. Requirements Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record client data using electronic systems Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members Maintain professionalism and ethical standards during all sessions Qualifications Active RBT certification Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history L2 background check I9 and W4 updated forms Maintain RBT certification Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Basic Life Support CPR/AED training provided by the agency and renew certifications as needed Receive Ongoing Supervision Adhere to BACB Ethics #J-18808-Ljbffr Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis Virginia
