Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, APIs, and services.
Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Contribute to backend and full-stack development as required.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Improve AI-assisted engineering workflows and development standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and adjacent teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Clearly communicate technical decisions, issues, and tradeoffs.

Required Qualifications

Strong software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
Strong knowledge of software design, APIs, testing, debugging, and application architecture.
Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated code.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with AI-native/AI-assisted development, AI coding assistants, or agentic development workflows.
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
