Miller Electric and ITW Welding are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing strategic recruitment initiatives that make a real impact on the business. You'll lead proactive talent sourcing, elevate the candidate experience, and build strong, sustainable talent pipelines. Collaborating across multiple functions, you will influence hiring strategies, partner with business leaders and HR, and help attract top-tier, experienced talent to drive organizational success.

What you need to do to be successful in this role: Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices, processes and procedures including relevant Federal and State laws pertaining to recruitment and employment Proven experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and social media recruiting. Ability to travel up to 30% with flexibility during peak recruitment periods. Minimum Education and Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field required.
