What You'll Do:

• Support the administration of Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Section 125, Qualified Life Event, Financial & Retirement, and other voluntary benefit programs.
• Manage daily benefits administration activities, including enrollment changes, file feeds, beneficiary updates, leave-of-absence transactions, reporting, and Qualified Medical Support Orders (QMSO).
• Support annual benefits enrollment, including system readiness, employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Partner with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve employee inquiries and maintain effective relationships.
• Contribute to process improvements, system updates, plan documentation, invoice audits, and special benefits projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience specifically with experience in a HR Benefits Administrator capacity

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong knowledge of Health & Welfare and Section 125 plans
• Familiar with benefits compliance and related regulations
• Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and bswift
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and time management abilities
