About the Role:

Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a skilled and driven Foreman to lead our crews in delivering top-quality foundation and basement repair work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact every day — guiding your team, ensuring job site excellence, and helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct field crew members on residential and commercial foundation repair job sites
• Oversee daily operations including excavation, waterproofing, structural repair, and drainage system installation
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards
• Communicate with project managers and office staff regarding job progress, materials, and scheduling
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise on the job
• Maintain accurate records of daily work, materials used, and crew hours

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or general construction
• Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of foundation systems, drainage, and basement waterproofing techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and equipment
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality results on every job
