What We’re Seeking:

• Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience, especially with elementary-aged students or specialized populations
• Skilled in managing IEP development, conducting evaluations, and providing engaging, evidence-based therapy
• Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Expertise with AAC and adaptive interventions considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services, adapting approaches to meet IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and maintain IEP plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Engage proactively with students, families, and staff to foster communication growth
