We are seeking a developer with strong Java experience who can lead and support the migration toward Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask. This role is ideal for someone who has worked extensively in Java and is now proficient in Python, capable of building new services while modernizing existing ones.What You Will Do:Work on existing backend services built in Java + Spring BootLead the transition and development of new services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)Build scalable REST APIs and microservices in both Java and Python during the migration phaseDesign and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQLImplement and maintain AWS CI/CD pipelines for automated deploymentsDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks for both Java and Python codebasesCollaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth migrationTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across both stacksEnsure best practices in security, cloud-native development, and code qualityRequired Skills & Experience:7–10 years of backend development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Java + Spring BootSolid experience with Python and at least one major framework:DjangoFastAPI/FlaskStrong knowledge of SQL & PostgreSQLExperience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelinesHands-on experience with test automation (PyTest, JUnit, Selenium, etc.)Experience building REST APIs and microservicesAbility to work in an onsite, fast-paced environmentSalary: $130,000 - $150,000The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
