Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Service Coordinator manages and schedules service requests, ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. This role maintains service records, tracks job progress, and supports overall customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage service requests or appointments
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Track job progress, maintain service records, and follow up on issues
• Provide timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with reporting and process improvements for service operations
• Management of the full cycle elevator and escalator inspection process

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must reside in or near the Pompano Beach, Florida area
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation sector (preferred)
