Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

This role focuses on press operation, assembly, and quality inspection within a high-volume metal stamping environment. You operate manufacturing machinery, perform basic assembly tasks, and ensure products meet quality standards while working on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate large metal stamping presses and other manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic assembly tasks on the production line according to work instructions and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections on parts and finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues, defects, or irregularities promptly.
• Handle materials and finished goods, including lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and production efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts while performing assembly and inspection tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Complete documentation or production tracking forms accurately as required by the process.

This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in MOUNT STERLING,KY.
