Experienced Landscaper – Part-Time

Noble Ground Landscaping is seeking reliable, hardworking, and experienced landscapers to join our growing team. Pay ranges from $25–$30 per hour , depending on experience and the requirements of each assigned project.

Responsibilities include:

• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and weed removal
• Mulch, soil, decorative rock, sod, flower, and plant installation
• Seasonal yard cleanups and debris removal
• Shrub, bush, and tree trimming
• Assisting with tree removal, drainage, fencing, pavers, power washing, and other outdoor projects
• Safely operating landscaping tools and equipment
• Following work orders and instructions from the project lead
• Keeping each jobsite clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Communicating professionally with team members and clients
• Taking before-and-after photographs when requested

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience
• Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and proper safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and respect for clients’ properties
• Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends when needed
