Warehouse Operations Specialist
Position Responsibilities:
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading, staging, verifying, and documenting incoming/outgoing materials
- Utilize the Epicor ERP system for order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory control procedures
- Schedule domestic and international shipments (DHL, UPS, etc.) and prepare all required documentation
- Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and staged correctly for shipment
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Support general warehouse operations as needed, including material handling, restocking, and order fulfillment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
