With 60+ active projects and a strong backlog that continues to grow, they're looking for a Senior Estimator to play a key role in their continued success.

What You'll Do

• Lead estimating efforts on commercial plumbing projects from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
  
  
• Perform detailed takeoffs, review drawings and specifications, develop accurate cost estimates, and prepare competitive proposals.
  
  
• Analyze project risks, identify value engineering opportunities, and develop winning bid strategies.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
  
  
• Partner with project management and operations to ensure smooth project turnover after award.
  
  
• Mentor junior estimators and help establish estimating best practices as the department grows.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
  
  
• Proven success estimating profitable commercial projects.
  
  
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction documents, project costing, and bid strategy.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
