• Manages a team of massage therapists
• Responsible for setting and achieving goals
• Implements protocols
• Onboarding & Training schedules
• Assist with inventory Ordering
• Manages day to day operations
• Customer service knowledge required
• Department communications
• Coordination of monthly meetings
• Weekly Cleaning Responsibility
• Leadership experience required
• Spa knowledge required
• Massage License required
• Hybrid service provider part-time and assistant manager part-time
