Supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to use small hand tools; bend, kneel, stoop and twist

• Three to five years supervisory experience

• Must be able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly; may occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs., but only with assistance from team members or mechanical equipment

• Knowledge of and experience with TPS

• No more than six points under Company's Attendance Control System

• Excellent communication skills

• Must have no written corrective action

• Good organizational skills

Plan and prepare weekly T/L meetings and Training of T/L

Daily manning and machine loading

Maintain set limit on PPM by dealing with abnormal conditions, conducting problem solving/countermeasure activity and checking F/L piece table to ensure quality

Check defect table to ensure parts being thrown away don't meet boundary samples

6.

Removing Waste/Manpower reductions

7.

Monitor T/L and T/M work attitudes, team work and attendance

8.

Improve relationships with all other departments

9.

Report downtime to Manager and discuss feedback from floor to Manager

10.

Ensure EMS / QMS procedures are followed in performance of job duties

11.

Other duties as assigned by supervision
