Role Description This is a contract, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Harrisburg, PA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include performing assessments, setting measurable goals, delivering therapeutic exercises and modalities, and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role also involves collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. The Physical Therapist will document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Demonstrated excellence in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient and caregiver education and support for safe continuation of therapy outside the clinic.
• Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary conditions impacting function and mobility.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania; graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in similar settings (e.g., acute care, outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation) preferred.
• Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in electronic health records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work with diverse patient populations.
• CPR/BLS certification and commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
