Data Entry Assistant

Our client, a nonprofit social services organization, is seeking a Data Entry Assistant for a 4-month temporary assignment based fully onsite in Waltham. This role offers $22/hour and a 37.5-hour workweek, with schedule options of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-volume data entry with strong speed and accuracy Scan, organize, and maintain documentation and records Process and post checks following established procedures Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness Support workflow within internal systems (including Provider Direct, if applicable) Assist with general administrative tasks and team collaboration Candidate Qualifications: Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong typing skills with high accuracy Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
