Built for Service Techs - Not Installers If you’re a true service technician who enjoys diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing systems - not just swapping units - this is the role for you. We’re looking for experienced techs who take pride in their work, value customer relationships, and want to be part of a well-run, supportive team . What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide real solutions (no guesswork)
- Communicate clearly with customers and build trust
- Deliver clean, high-quality work every time
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (not install)
- RMGA & EPA Certifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Solid communication and customer service mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- $35-$45/hr DOE
- Take-home company vehicle + fuel card
- Dispatch from home (no shop stops)
