Bilingual Family Case Manager

Mexican American Opportunity

The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation seeks a Family Case Specialist to provide case management services for families in the subsidized childcare program. This role entails ensuring compliance with contracts, maintaining an accurate caseload, and addressing concerns of parents and providers. The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or equivalent, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
