What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain clear communication with our team and customers. Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked with necessary parts and tools. Manage inventory, paperwork, and uphold a professional appearance. Possess or obtain required certifications (EPA, DL). What We Offer Salary : $85,000-$180,000 annually (hourly base plus commission and bonuses). Our starting technicians can make over $105,000 in their first year! 25% Commission : Maximize your earnings with an industry-leading commission structure.
