Assist with deposition preparation and support depositions. Research and draft motions and supporting memoranda. Appear in court on uncontested and routine matters. Manage case deadlines, filings, and client updates. Collaborate on case strategy with partners and senior attorneys. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar membership in good standing. At least 2 years of civil or probate litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Organized and capable of managing multiple matters. Eager to learn and willing to ask questions. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active California Bar membership.
