Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment dedicated to producing high-quality precast products. This hands-on, first-shift role involves working directly with forms, materials, and equipment to ensure top-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up steel forms for production.
• Operate spray equipment and apply to molds.
• Strip finished products and clean molds for reuse.
• Start, stop, and monitor production equipment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor.
• Strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capable of lifting over 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.

Work Environment

Expect a physically demanding environment where getting dirty is part of the job. The role requires the ability to lift over 40 lbs.

This is a Contract position based out of Zumbrota, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
