Remote Contractor | Approximately 5–8 Hours/Week

Jennings Social Media & MarTech (JSMM) is looking for an AI Creative Production Associate who understands how modern creative gets made: quickly, collaboratively, and with AI embedded throughout the production process.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can move between Figma, AI creative tools, short-form video, Meta ad creative, and UGC-style content while maintaining strong brand standards across multiple client accounts.

The right person has excellent creative judgment, knows how to use AI to accelerate production without making the work look AI-generated, and is comfortable taking ownership of creative workflows and helping manage projects and other contributors when needed.

What You'll Do

• Create and adapt high-quality digital creative in Figma
• Use AI creative workflows to rapidly concept, generate, refine, and scale visual assets
• Produce Reels and short-form video creative for Meta advertising
• Create and edit UGC-style and creator-style video content designed to feel native to social platforms
• Develop multiple creative variations for advertising campaigns, testing different hooks, visuals, formats, and messaging
• Translate established brand guidelines into consistent creative across social, advertising, and digital campaigns
• Use AI for image generation, creative ideation, asset development, editing, and production efficiencies
• Turn existing photography, video, and brand assets into fresh platform-specific creative
• Collaborate with strategists, account managers, paid media specialists, and other creatives
• Help review creative for quality, brand consistency, and campaign alignment
• Manage assigned creative projects, deadlines and workflows
• Provide direction or feedback to other creative team members and contractors when needed

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional creative, digital marketing, or content production experience
• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered creative production and generative AI tools
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative , particularly Reels and vertical video
• Experience producing UGC-style, creator-led, or social-first content
• Ability to create polished artwork quickly without sacrificing brand quality
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience managing projects, creative workflows, or other team members
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and switching between different visual identities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Collaborative mindset and ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and work as part of a cross-functional team

Bonus Points

Agency experience is highly preferred. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked in a fast-moving environment where they were responsible for creative across multiple clients, campaigns, and industries.

Experience with AI image/video generation, Meta Ads creative testing, Instagram Reels, UGC production, motion graphics, or creative performance analysis is also a plus.
