This isn't a role where you're handed a list of accounts to maintain. It's an opportunity to create your own market, expand your professional network, and build a book of business that grows year after year. The Opportunity As our Business Development Manager, you'll become the face of All Dry Services throughout Rhode Island. Your focus is simple: Develop relationships. Create opportunities. Become the first call when disaster strikes. You'll work with professionals including: Insurance agents and adjusters Property managers Facility managers Commercial building owners Plumbers HVAC contractors General contractors Municipal organizations Local business leaders These relationships don't produce one transaction. They produce business for years. What Your Week Looks Like You'll spend most of your time in the field. Typical activities include: Meeting prospective referral partners Visiting existing accounts Expanding your professional network Conducting educational presentations Attending business networking events Prospecting new commercial relationships Managing follow-up and pipeline activity Coordinating with operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences If you enjoy being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll likely enjoy this role.
