You'll join a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, professional growth, and clinical excellence while maintaining a positive work-life balance.Why Join Stepping Stone Kids Therapy?Competitive SalaryMonday–Friday Schedule – No Nights or WeekendsMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysContinuing Education OpportunitiesClinical Leadership & MentorshipOpportunities for Career AdvancementCollaborative Multidisciplinary TeamSupportive Administrative TeamModern Clinic EnvironmentMeaningful Work That Changes LivesWhat You'll DoConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavior assessments as appropriate.Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements.Provide ongoing caregiver training and education to promote generalization of treatment goals.Analyze client data to monitor progress and make treatment recommendations.Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals involved in each child's care.Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.Maintain productivity and documentation standards established by the organization.Promote a positive, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care.Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.Preferred QualificationsPediatric ABA experience.Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.Experience supervising RBTs and student analysts.Knowledge of insurance and Medicaid documentation requirements.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply!We provide mentorship and support to help you transition confidently into your BCBA career.Physical RequirementsAbility to move throughout the clinic while supervising treatment sessions.Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and actively engage with pediatric clients throughout the workday.Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors when clinically appropriate and trained to do so.About Stepping Stone Kids TherapyStepping Stone Kids Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.
