Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to operations leadership at our client's Arizona facility. This role exists to provide embedded HR support in a fast-paced cultivation and manufacturing environment, helping leaders and employees navigate employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR execution.

This is a highly visible role designed for someone who can balance practical HR support with long-term people partnership, while helping build scalable people practices aligned with business goals and company culture at a single operating site.

Main functions:

• Employee Relations and Leadership Support
• AZ HR Compliance
• HR Operations and employee support
• Talent Acqusition and workforce support
• Strategic HR partnership

Salary

$75000 - $85000 USD per year

Required Skills

• HR Generalist and/or HRBP experience in an onsite environment
• Knowledge of AZ and federal employment law and HR compliance
• Recruiting and onboarding experience
• Employee relations experience
• Sound judgement and organizational skills

Desired Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
• HR certifications - PHR or SHRM preferred
