About the Position Join MasterCorp, Inc., a leader in housekeeping and hospitality services, as a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector. This role ensures cleaning personnel meet quality and timeliness standards and uphold company values. Key Responsibilities Oversee cleaning personnel, assign duties, and ensure units are cleaned effectively. Prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods and assist in cleaning using MasterCorp’s 7-step process. Assist in training both existing staff and new recruits. Inspect and report maintenance issues, examine carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or damage. Inspect units, complete required report cards, and designate units as vacant and ready. Replace kitchen inventory and supplies; maintain organized storage closets. Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper. Ensure a safe working environment and promote urgency within housekeeping staff. Be timely and efficient with supplies, perform inventory and linen supplies tasks. Assist in resolving guest complaints and cultivate positive customer relations. Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with client services. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent education and work experience. Passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic. Demonstrated motivational skills and ability to train others. Willingness to work irregular hours and desire to help others. Physical & Other Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
