Role Description: This is a high-impact FP&A opportunity within a rapidly scaling SaaS company where finance plays a central role in shaping business strategy. You'll partner closely with leaders across the organization to provide insights, influence decisions, and help drive sustainable growth. We're looking for an FP&A professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes and frameworks from the ground up, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future direction of the business. Your role will consist of the following: Build and refine financial models that track key SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, LTV, gross margin) and connect the numbers to what they mean for the business, not just what they say Partner with departmental leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance insights Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your standard workflow – identify and automate recurring reporting and manual workflows Run scenario analyses and ad hoc deep dives on pricing strategy, customer behavior, and growth investments Continuously improve the finance team's tools, processes, and underlying data infrastructure to support scale Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required 3-5 years in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally with software or recurring revenue exposure High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to operate as a strategic partner Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization Practical fluency with AI tools in a finance context High ownership and intellectual curiosity Advanced Excel modeling – you build scenarios and automate with confidence #J-18808-Ljbffr Highway
