Customer Relations Representative

Providing business-to-business (B2B) support, the full-time Customer Relations Representative will handle inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities React quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to proactively train clients and recommend best practices Collaborate with internal departments to support the customer base and meet productivity goals Required qualifications High School Education or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in an office environment Preferred experience in B2B customer relations with a demonstrated ability to be coached Proficient in phone and computer skills for managing calls and internal communications Strong organizational and analytical skills with a commitment to maintaining product knowledge Virtual Vocations Inc
