Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads to build lasting client relationships
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Provide tailored insurance quotes, comparing coverage options and pricing
• Educate clients with a needs-based approach to help them make informed decisions
• Deliver compelling presentations explaining policies and coverage details
• Help maintain a well-equipped, customer-focused office environment

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience required; management experience preferred
• Sales experience is a plus
• Proactive problem solver and team player
• Comfortable with Windows computer applications
• Must have a valid Property & Casualty License
