Inventory Materials Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Inventory / Materials Specialist positions in Bangor, ME. Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate inventory records, locations, and transactions using inventory management systems and data entry tools

· Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies

· Investigate inventory variances (shortages, overages, shrinkage) and conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions

· Safely perform material handling and movement using a forklift, including barstock, forgings, and other raw materials

Requirements:

· Experience with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and data entry accuracy

· Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation

· Forklift experience (Forktruck operation) with ability to safely move materials

· Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams

· Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00-4:00, 7:30-4:30, 8:00-5:00, or 8:30-5:30

Pay Details: $34.21 per hour
