Part-Time Therapist for Neurodivergent Adults (Autism/ADHD)

Position The Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) Psychological Services Clinic (PSC) is seeking a part‑time therapist to provide individual psychotherapy and potentially group therapy with neurodivergent adults, primarily diagnosing Autism, ADHD, and/or Learning Disorders (LD). The therapist will actively engage in PSC team activities, including didactic training, individual supervision by licensed psychologist Dr. Cohen, and group supervision with Dr. Cohen, doctoral graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to neurodivergent adults with Autism, ADHD, LD, or acquired neurological differences. Participate in didactic training led by clinical faculty. Attend individual supervision with Dr. Cohen. Attend group supervision with Dr. Cohen and trainees. Qualifications Graduate degree in psychotherapy (e.g., LAC, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD). Licensure to practice psychotherapy in New Jersey, or eligibility and a clear path toward licensure. Desired Qualifications Experience working with adults on the autism spectrum.
