Assembly Technician

What You’ll Do: Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds. Use hand tools and keep a clean, safe workspace. Work independently inside major retail stores. Hit daily productivity goals and earn commission accordingly. Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff. Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude—experience with tools or tinkering a big plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day. Desire to earn more through performance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required. Valid driver’s license; must pass MVR check and maintain minimum auto insurance coverage. Employment contingent upon successful pre‑employment drug screening. Benefits and Compensation: Commission + Unlimited earning potential: earn commission on every item assembled. Top performers can earn well above traditional hourly roles—up to $20‑$40/hr and more. No cap on commission; pay grows with build efficiency and productivity. Pay range: $16.00‑$26.00.
