Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:00 PM | Part-Time

JustBetterCars.com is looking for a dependable, energetic Customer Appointment Specialist to join our vehicle Buy Center.

This is not a traditional car sales position . You will work with customers who have already expressed interest in selling their vehicle to us. Your job is to contact those customers, build rapport, answer basic questions, consistently follow up, and most importantly, schedule appointments for customers to bring their vehicles in for an appraisal.

We generate a steady flow of leads. We need someone who enjoys talking to people and is organized enough to make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Call, text and follow up with customers interested in selling their vehicles
• Respond quickly to new leads
• Reconnect with customers who haven't responded
• Schedule and confirm appraisal appointments
• Follow up with missed appointments and reschedule when appropriate
• Keep accurate notes and update customer activity in our system
• Work older opportunities that may still turn into purchases
• Help build the appointment schedule for the Buy Center

What We're Looking For

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with customers
• Persistent without being pushy
• Highly reliable — consistent attendance is important
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Comfortable with texting, email and basic computer/CRM systems
• Motivated by goals and performance
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required

We are more interested in finding someone who is dependable, coachable and good with people than someone with years of automotive sales experience.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Approximately 25 hours per week

Compensation:
Hourly pay plus performance incentives.
