Be part of the founding team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. As a Medical Call Center Representative, you'll serve as a vital link between our patients and care teams, helping ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and person-centered service. Schedule: 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Your Responsibilities:

• Field inbound calls from patients with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and general health inquiries
• Escalate urgent matters to appropriate medical staff promptly and efficient

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-year hands on experience answering high volume phone calls
• Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
• Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
