Summary Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and purchase transactions. Maintain an organized, well-merchandised sales floor and support daily store operations at the Tysons Corner location. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales goals and deliver a luxury shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations. Drive sales through consultative selling and follow-up to build customer loyalty. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and floor replenishment. Support inventory tasks, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise. Collaborate with colleagues to meet store performance targets and assist with special events or promotions. Requirements 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a department store or luxury environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
