Job Title: Assembler
Location: Grand Forks, ND
Compensation: $24.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Night Shift - 4:30pm - 3am M-Th

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technician workers for a leading manufacturing company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you'll help assemble and test quality products while supporting a team-focused production environment. • Assemble products using blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
• Test, inspect, and package finished products according to quality standards
• Follow standard work procedures, training guides, build boards, and Kanban requirements
• Report material, product, or equipment defects and inconsistencies
• Support company quality and safety objectives
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions
• Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
• Strong communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, grip, and perform detailed visual inspections
