Senior HR Generalist - Manufacturing & People Ops

CFS in Wyoming, MI is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with operations leadership and employees, covering employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compliance and HR process improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with manufacturing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR support.
