The BENTELER Group is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. With 1–2 years of HR experience, you will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will be a key resource for employees and leaders, helping deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives.
