Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for temp-to-hire opportunities in Kent, WA and the Greater Seattle area. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced call center or customer support environment. The Customer Service Representative will support customers by phone and email, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.- Resolve customer questions related to orders, products, services, account information, or support needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems or CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to research issues and provide complete solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive service experience.
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail while handling high call volume. Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $22 to $25 per hour.
- Recruiter notes also reference pay of $24 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
