What would you do?

• Manage and execute on our guests catering orders, making every event better
• Deliver orders with the Genuine Hospitality guests expect from Chick-fil-A employees!
• Help in preparing and packaging orders, organizing drivers, and serving with a smile on busy catering days
• When in downtime, serve and support the Hospitality and Kitchen teams in their day-to-day operations
• Work with our Director of Sales and Brand Growth to generate excitement around new catering opportunities and community partnerships

How do you know if this role is for you?

• Applicants should be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicant must have or be able to obtain Illinois Food Safety Manager certifications
• You should have a strong work ethic and be able to meet goals with limited supervision
• You should be organized, detail-oriented, and love marking things off your to-do list
• For delivery and taking orders, you should have strong people skills - able to build and maintain relationships based on quick interactions
• You must have a valid Driver's License, your own vehicle you're willing to use for deliveries, and a safe driving record.
• This role requires flexible scheduling, often with changing your hours to meet the needs of the business as orders come in. This can include: Nights, Weekends, some holidays.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push, carry, and bend with up to 50lbs as needed
• Must be a role model to our team and carry the values of our store out into our community
