As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Glenwood Springs branch, you will be based in Glenwood Springs, CO.

The Regional Banker/Teller will:

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Base Salary: $33,750.00 $56,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 07/01/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
