We are looking for an exceptional individual to be our next Director, Talent Acquisition Operations . We are growing rapidly and will be expanding from our established presence in the US, London, and Dubai into new international markets. As we scale, we must begin a full transformation of our Talent Acquisition function to meet future talent needs across the firm. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and a top-tier Corporate Functions leadership team to deliver insights and process improvement that creates measurable, tangible results with direct visibility to the CEO.

About the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations Role

The Director, Talen Acquisition Operations will focus on elevating the recruiting experience and have the unique opportunity to build, optimize, and own cross-functional programs and projects to help us scale and enable our recruiting team. The ideal person has exceptional attention to detail, is process oriented, client oriented, data-driven, an excellent manager of projects, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, and eager to join a creative and innovative firm.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City or Boston where you are able to come into the office at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Experience: work cross functionally to design, manage, and scale programs and projects focused on creating a world class experience for our Talent Acquisition team, our candidates, and our stakeholders. Your customers are the TA leads and recruiters, as well as the client-facing teams we collectively support. Most importantly, you should think of recruiters as the primary customers of your work. Your output should be designed around making recruiters more effective, helping them move faster, make better decisions, and ultimately deliver stronger results.

Operational Excellence: audit and evaluate end-to-end workflows and implement solutions to improve team productivity, develop simple and consistent process documentation, and lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of recruiting processes within the recruiting function and across the firm.

Data and Reporting: own the strategy, structure, and cadence of reporting delivered to partners and executives. Build this capability thoughtfully from the ground up, starting with the needs of the people consuming the data. Reporting should surface actionable insights that guide decisions, identify opportunities, and inform program development and improvement. Continually assess whether what you are producing is fit for purpose: Does it help your customer make a better or faster decision? Does it solve a real problem? Are you surfacing insights that matter, or simply reproducing standard recruiting metrics and reporting norms? Know your customer, understand what they need from the data, and design the reporting around those needs.

Execution: Drive seamless, high-quality execution of recruiting activities that advance the firm’s talent priorities and strengthen the recruiting organization. Embody our principles and hold your work to the same quality bar we expect from our client-facing teams. Anticipate needs, take ownership, and follow through with consistency and urgency. Aim to be indispensable to your teammates and the business by making the people around you more effective and ensuring that what needs to get done gets done exceptionally well.

Learning and Development: partner with Learning and Development to improve new hire onboarding experience and deliver trainings to the firm on topics related to the craft of Talent Acquisition in partnership with TA leadership.

Continuous Improvement: track and report on key metrics to measure impact and effectiveness of programs and projects. Design & implement automated process improvements to operationalize manual recruiter workflows. Works with the internal marketing team to develop employer brand marketing programs and monitor and update our online Real Estate to attract top candidates and enhance candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Systems: partner with the recruiting function and IT to prioritize and manage a Talent Acquisition Systems Roadmap covering ATS, CRM, reporting, scheduling, and other enabling technologies/solutions. Proactively conduct periodic environmental scans to assess emerging technologies to accelerate the acquisition of talent.

Intern Program Management: partner with key stakeholders to execute Keystone’s summer internship offering that drives and enhances employer branding on campus.

Sourcing and CRM Expertise: Ensure that the recruiting team is able to deliver on the vision of talent on demand to meet the firm’s changing needs.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or recruiting coordinator
• An owner mindset with excellent follow-up and follow-through
• Exceptional program and project management skills; highly organized, detail-oriented
• Demonstrated success of collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in high-growth, rapidly changing operating environment
• Outstanding communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment under tight deadlines

In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.

Annual Salary Range

$150,000—$200,000 USD
