Job Summary Engage with customers to understand their deck project needs. Develop and present proposals for creating or renovating decks. Upon acceptance, execute the project to meet our high standards and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven expertise in deck construction or similar fields, showcasing your ability to solve problems creatively and exceed homeowner expectations. Preference for hands-on work over administrative tasks. Collaborate effectively with fellow skilled craftsmen. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills. Clear and effective communication. A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
