Production Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, fabrication drawings, and welding specifications.
• Perform MIG welding and assist with TIG, FCAW, GTAW, and other welding processes as needed.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and fabrication tools.
• Assemble and weld metal components to meet quality and customer specifications.
• Inspect completed welds and perform grinding or rework when necessary.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

Production Welder Qualifications:

• Ability to successfully complete an in-house weld test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with MIG Welding

Preferred:

• Completion of a welding program or technical training.
• Previous manufacturing or production welding experience.
• AWS Welding Certification.
• Experience with TIG, FCAW, or GTAW welding.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
