The office supports its agents with tools, training, and resources to build successful, long-term real estate careers.\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Realtor role based in Cranston, RI. The Realtor will work directly with clients to assist with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, and providing timely customer service throughout the transaction. The Realtor will collaborate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to help ensure a smooth and compliant transaction process.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.\n Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience with Real Property transactions.\n Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and client relationship management.\n Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate technology tools (MLS systems, CRM software, digital document platforms).\n Strong knowledge of the Cranston, RI and greater Rhode Island real estate markets is highly beneficial.\n Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and deadlines, and adhere to all ethical and legal standards.\n Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred.\n A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in real estate or business is a plus.\n
