We're looking for Sr. Project Controls Manager, Projects to join our Day & Zimmermann Projects teams on advanced class greenfield construction projects in the US. This position has supervisory/lead or manager responsibility over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts. Individuals with supervisory/lead or manager responsibility provide technical direction over a group and may be responsible for employee performance appraisals. Effective verbal and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. Knowledge of general project controls functions (including Earned Value Reporting) and the ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress on firm fixed price projects Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI. SAP R/3, and Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus. What You Will Be Doing Provide support and guidance for Project Controls personnel and assist with troubleshooting project controls issues. Support project proposals Participate and conduct internal/external monthly project reviews. Initiate/develop project control baselines(estimate/schedule/cost) and provide training on project control tools for new hires. Coordinate placement of project control personnel Develop and maintain site specific project controls procedures as required What You Need To Bring To The Table Associate's Degree (AA) Preferred Ten plus years experience in related project controls assignments Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus. Ability to read complex documents in the English language. Capacity to reason and make sound decisions. Ability to write complex documents in the English language. Capacity to express thoughts orally. Expertise in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company's office or worksite. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $119,000 - $176,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
